Launching Woky Man

We’re delighted to be working with Bristol-based chef, restaurant owner and Masterchef finalist, Larkin Cen, helping him launch his ‘Woky Man’ content series.

Woky Man documents the passion for Asian food and culture through Larkin’s eyes.  Growing up in his parents’ Chinese takeaway and going on to open his own restaurants in Bristol, he journeys through a variety of British Asian Food cultures and traditions.

The first episode in the series is a Chinese New Year and asian inspired recipe film, which also features WokyFest, an exciting cultural event celebrating Chinese New Year in Bristol.

Our work is launching the content via YouTube and reaching a much wider, targeted audience with the Woky Man story and content series.

The Woky Man YouTube channel launches today (5 February) to coincide with Chinese New Year, and will build over time to feature new long-form editorial content and short form cooking tips and guides to build a rich and engaging cooking channel for Woky Man.

For us, it’s a  great opportunity to use our skills to support a fascinatingly creative and innovative Bristol-based business… watch this space!

WokyFest takes place this year on 9 January in Whapping Wharf, Bristol – find out more at www.wokyko.com/wokyfest/
